Today, Mayor Adrian M. Fenty, Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) Executive Director Allen Y. Lew, and Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) Interim Director Jesus Aguirre joined Ward 3 residents to break ground on Newark Dog Park and announce Jesus Aguirre as the Fenty Administration's selection for Director for the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR).
