BOSTN, May 19 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:
A fifth-grade student from Springfield, Vt. has won a national sun safety poster contest for creating a poster to raise peoples' awareness to protect themselves from harmful ultraviolet rays.
The student, Kayla Thibideau of Springfield, won the 2010 "SunWise with SHADE" poster contest because her poster received the most votes out of more than 20,000 votes cast on-line . . .
