WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- The Organization of American States issued the following news release:
The Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS), Jose Miguel Insulza, met on Wednesday in Montevideo with the President-elect of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Jose Mujica, and with his Vice President, Danilo Astori. For over an hour, they discussed the challenges and opportunities the continent currently faces and the specific challenges for Uruguay.
