Games Developer and Footwear Company Settle with BSA for Unlicensed Software Use, Agree to Pay $175,000

WASHINGTON, Dec. 10 -- The Business Software Alliance issued the following news release:

The Business Software Alliance (BSA), the voice of the world's commercial software industry, today announced settlements with BreakAway Ltd. of Hunt Valley, MD and Aetrex Worldwide, Inc. of Teaneck, NJ.
