RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 10 -- The North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources' Arts Council issued the following news release:
The National Endowment for the Arts has awarded almost a half-million dollars to twenty two North Carolina arts organizations in the first round of grants announced under the new leadership of Rocco Landesman.
Nationally, more than $26 million will be distributed for FY 2010 to support 1,207 projects in a variety of categories including Acce . . .
