COON RAPIDS, Minn., Dec. 10 -- Anoka-Ramsey Community College issued the following news release:
Current Anoka-Ramsey Community College student Loan (Mei) Luu, a sophomore majoring in Mathematics, and an Anoka-Ramsey alumna, Tanya Prader, recently received a 2009 Minnesota High Tech Foundation Scholarship.
