JEFFERSON CITY, Mo., Dec. 8 -- The Missouri Department of Natural Resources issued the following news release:
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources this morning responded to the scene of a Clinton County accident involving two tractor-trailers that collided on a bridge west of Lathrop. Both trucks are believed to have lost automotive fluids that threatened the nearby Little Platte River.
