JEFFERSON, N.Y., Dec. 4 -- The State University of New York's Jefferson Community College issued the following news release:
Jefferson Community College is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen D. Sinel, Ph.D., of Schenectady, New York, to the position of Vice President for Administration and Finance. Dr. Sinel comes to Jefferson with nearly 30 years in higher education, most recently at Genesee Community College in Batavia and the College of Saint Rose in Albany.
