CHARLESTON, S.C., Dec. 3 -- The Citadel issued the following news release:
Citadel Capt. "Jim" Dillahey joined the music staff at The Military College of South Carolina in 2003 as the director of piping. A member of The Citadel Pipe Band as a cadet, Dillahey graduated in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in political science with an emphasis in law and legal studies. He earned his master's in education from The Citadel in 2005.
