WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Rep. Bob Inglis, R-S.C. (4th CD), issued the following news release:

Leaked climate change e-mails, destruction of data indicate unethical behavior that threatens scientific integrity. "Science and its processes must be open and transparent to be self-correcting," Inglis says.
