TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Dec. 24 -- The Florida Department of Health issued the following news release:
The Florida Department of Health's (DOH) South Florida Unlicensed Activity (ULA) Unit announced that their joint investigation with the Fort Pierce Police Department (FPPD) has led to the arrest of Alexander Encarnacion for the alleged unlicensed practice dentistry which is a third degree felony and punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a $5000.00 fine upon conviction.
