TAMPA, Fla., Jan. 6 -- Hillsborough County issued the following news release:
Hillsborough County's County Center and County Annex Court building in downtown Tampa have earned the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's prestigious ENERGY STAR, which is the national symbol for superior energy efficiency and environmental protection. Commercial buildings that earn the ENERGY STAR use an average of 40 percent less energy than typical buildings and release 35 percent less carbon dioxi . . .
