PROVIDENCE, R.I., Dec. 25 -- Rhode Island State Police issued the following news release:
On Wednesday, December 24, at10:30AM, Troopers arrested Sheila Armstrong age 23, of 189 Hunts Avenue Pawtucket for being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Florida for Probation Violation on the Original charge of 1. Burglary and 2. Unoccupied Grand Theft in the 3rd Degree. Armstrong was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later brought before 6th District Court fo . . .
