WASHINGTON, Dec. 19 -- The Federal Reserve Bank issued the following news release:
The Federal Reserve Board on Friday announced the approval of an application by Monte de Piedad y Caja de Ahorros San Fernando de Huelva, Jerez y Sevilla, Seville, Spain, to establish a representative office in Miami, Florida.
