HONOLULU, Dec. 3 -- The Hawaii Department of Health issued the following news release:
The public is invited to attend a free seminar for grandparents who are raising grandchildren. Attorneys from the Legal Aid Society of Hawai'i will speak on issues such as visitation rights, power of attorney, child protective services, guardianship, adoption and social security. Attorneys from the Child Support Enforcement Agency will also be available to answer questions.
