TALLINN, Estonia, Nov. 28 -- The government of Estonia issued the following news release:

Today, during the programme "Reporteritund" at Vikerraadio, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip stated that the government sector is prepared for the bad times, as during the good times the country has collected considerable reserves and the debt of the government sector is the lowest in the European Union.
