Lamp Giveaway to High School Students Helps to Promote 'Clean Power'

NEWARK, N.J., Nov. 19 -- Newark Public Schools issued the following release:
Students attending extra-curricular classes at the Marion A. Bolden Student Center in Newark will receive lamps fitted with energy saving bulbs as part of a campaign to educate young people about green energy.
More than 100 lamps will be given away free-of-charge to high school students on Tuesday, November 25, at 4:00 p.m. at the Center, which is located at 230 Broadway.
