EVANSVILLE, Ind., April 15 -- University of Southern Indiana issued the following news release:
USI senior Kelly Evans has received the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Critical Language Scholarship and will attend an intensive summer Arabic institute in Cairo, Egypt, where she will learn to write and speak Egyptian Arabic. She will attend a pre-orientation in Washington D.C. before departing for Egypt in June.
