SACRAMENTO, Calif., Nov. 20 -- The California Energy Commission issued the following news release:
The Energy Commission has started the review of the proposed Lodi Energy Center (LEC).
By a vote of 4-0, the Energy Commission today found the application for certification (AFC) for the 255-megawatt power plant "data adequate."
