ALBANY, N.Y., Sept. 5 -- Former New York State Assemblyman Paul Tonko, the Democratic nominee in New York's 21st Congressional District, issued the following news release:
Paul Tonko announced today that the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) has endorsed his candidacy for New York's 21st District Congressional seat, now held by the retiring Michael McNulty.
