LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y., June 11 -- The Cattaraugus County Legislature issued the following committee meeting minutes:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Crystal J. Abers.
The invocation was given by Tony Evans.
The Attendance Roll Call disclosed three Legislators absent - Mr. Burrell, Mr. Giardini and Mr. Hebdon.
MR. BOSER moved, seconded by Mr. Snyder that the minutes of the May 28, 2008 session be approved. Carried.
