ONEONTA, N.Y., Oct. 30 -- The State University of New York at Oneonta issued the following news release:
The New York State Council on the Arts recently invited SUNY Distinguished Service Professor Janet Nepkie of the Music Department of the SUNY College at Oneonta to participate in its Cultural Blueprints program. The program is designed to identify regional challenges and opportunities for coordinated action by the arts, economic development, and philanthropic communities.
