PARKING CHANGES TO GO INTO EFFECT IN NEWBURGH ON NOV. 5

MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., Nov. 4 -- The State University of New York-Orange County issued the following news release:
Beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 5, construction crews will begin work at the future site of Kaplan Hall, to be located at the intersection of Grand and First streets in Newburgh. During construction, the College and nearby community will be required to utilize alternative parking measures. New parking procedures for students, faculty and staff are listed below.
