ERIE, Pa., July 22 -- Pennsylvania State University-Erie-Behrend College issued the following news release:
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced last week that Pennsylvania Sea Grant has been promoted to Institutional Sea Grant Program status.
