ALBANY, N.Y., Sept. 5 -- New York State Sen. Charles J. Fuschillo Jr., R-Merrick (8th District), issued the following news release:
State Sen. Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. today announced that a new law to keep dangerous toys and other products out of the hands of children has been signed by New York's Governor.
The new law prohibits the sale of recalled toys and other children's products and requires toy and child product manufacturers and sellers to notify consumers . . .
