NEWPORT, R.I., Sept. 19 -- Salve Regina University issued issued the following order:
Timothy J. Gilfoyle, acclaimed historian and Nevins Prize-winning writer, will offer a public lecture titled "Pickpockets and Prostitutes: The Underworld of the 19-Century City" at Salve Regina University on Monday, Oct. 6.
