DES MOINES, Iowa, July 3 -- The Iowa Supreme Court issued the following slip opinion:
Governor Culver appointed District Judge Amanda Pierce Potterfield, Tiffin, to the Iowa Court of Appeals. Judge Potterfield, 60, will fill the vacancy that resulted from the appointment of Court of Appeals Judge David Baker to the Iowa Supreme Court.
