WASHINGTON, May 9 -- The Health Forum issued the following news release:
Reps. Frank Pallone Jr. (D-NJ) and Carol Shea-Porter (D-NH) yesterday introduced legislation that would nullify an August 2007 letter in which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services placed new limits on states that extend State Children's Health Insurance Program coverage to children in families above 250% of the federal poverty level.
