BILLINGS, Mont., Sept. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Great Falls on September 17, 2008, before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, JENNIFER LEE JONES, a 20-year-old resident of Poplar, pled guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury. Sentencing is set for January 5, 2009.
