MARTINSBURG, W.Va., Sept. 19 -- The West Virginia University School of Medicine issued the following news release:
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded the West Virginia University Institute for Health Policy Research a four-year, $2.6 million grant to establish a national center devoted to rural health research.
