KABUL, Afghanistan, Aug. 27 -- NATO's International Security Assistance Force issued the following press release:
At approximately 10:50 a.m. August 26, ISAF soldiers on patrol in the vicinity of Daman district were approached by a vehicle coming toward them at high speed that failed to respond to warning signals to stop.
Following approved escalation of force procedures, warning shots were fired into the ground ahead of the vehicle; unfortunately a bullet rico . . .
