KEY LARGO, Fla., Aug. 15 -- The Ocean Conservancy issued the following news release:
The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council voted today to approve a science-based management plan for Gulf gag grouper that will end overfishing and provide additional protections for spawning areas off the Florida coast.
