CHICAGO, May 14 -- The Office of the Mayor of Chicago issued the following text of a mayoral ordinance:
WHEREAS, the Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the year 2008 of the City of Chicago (the "City") contains estimates of revenues receivable as grants from agencies of the state and federal governments and public and private agencies; and
