SPARTANBURG, S.C., Aug. 19 -- The University of South Carolina Upstate Campus issued the following news release:
Joanne Timberlake earned her master's degree in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina Upstate in May 2008 and already she has been named the Greenville County Schools Teacher of the Year for 2008-2009.
