ROCKVILLE, Md., Aug. 6 -- The city of Rockville issued the following press release:
Rockville's Mayor and Council are proposing to authorize Montgomery County to implement its existing multi-family and commercial recycling program in Rockville. The proposal will make recycling mandatory for apartments and condominiums with seven or more units, and in all commercial enterprises within Rockville.
