On June 5 and 6, the Presidential Recordings Program at the University of Virginia's Miller Center of Public Affairs will host "The Politics of Troop Withdrawal," a conference analyzing the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Vietnam and assessing its relevance to the current war in Iraq.
