ALFRED, N.Y., Oct. 20 -- Alfred State College issued the following news release:
The Alfred State College women's soccer team fell 5-1 to SUNY Delhi in a 1st round Region III Division III contest on Saturday afternoon. The Lady Pioneers end their season 7-8-1 while the Lady Broncos advance to the quarterfinals on Tuesday afternoon.
Delhi took a 2-0 in the 1st half after out-shooting Alfred 10 to 9.
The Broncos added another goal before Brittany Hannah . . .
