OXFORD, Miss., Sept. 27 -- The University of Mississippi issued the following news release:
Seven people are to receive the University of Mississippi Alumni Association's highest annual honors Friday, Oct. 5.
Being inducted into UM's Alumni Hall of Fame are Brig. Gen. Augustus L. Collins of Atlanta, Wallace Conerly of Terry, William F. Galtney Jr. of Houston, Texas, James McClure Jr. of Sardis and Nancy Van de Vate of Vienna, Austria.
