Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that on January 14, 2008, in Billings, after a 1-day federal district court trial before Senior U.S. District Judge Jack D. Shanstrom, MARLON DEAN RED STAR, JR., a 26-year-old resident of Lodge Grass, was found guilty of aggravated sexual abuse and sexual abuse of a minor . . .
