BILLINGS, Mont., Jan. 16 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Bill Mercer advised today that at least two local businesses received fraudulent e-mail messages claiming to be from the Department of Justice.
In June of 2007, the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. issued the following national press release regarding this spam.
