BILLINGS, Mont., Jan. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Missoula on January 18, 2008, before Chief U.S. District Judge Donald W. Molloy, a 37-year-old resident of Helena, pled guilty to failure to register as a sexual offender. Sentencing is set for May 9, 2008. He is currently detained.< . . .
