Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Great Falls, on January 23, 2008, before U.S. District Judge Sam E. Haddon, the following individuals were arraigned:
ELAINE BESTON, age 32, DONALD McKENRICK, age 29, and JAMES OSBORNE, age 34, residents of Great Falls . . .
