BILLINGS, Mont., Jan. 29 - The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on January 28, 2008, before U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, RUBEN COTA-BECERRA, age 43, pled guilty to illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien. Sentencing is set for April 30, 2008. He is currently detained.
