Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Great Falls, on January 31, 2008, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Strong, the following individual was arraigned:
TRAVIS BENDER, a 33-year-old resident of Sand Coulee, appeared on a charge of being a felon-in-possess . . .
