BILLINGS, Mont., Aug. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Montana issued the following press release:
Bill Mercer, United States Attorney for the District of Montana, announced today that during a federal court session in Billings on August 7, 2008, before Chief U.S. District Judge Richard F. Cebull, ALAN WILLIAMS, age 32, pled guilty to being a felon-in-possession of a firearm. Sentencing is set for November 5, 2008. He is currently detained.
