SYRACUSE, N.Y., Feb. 28 -- The Department of Labor has issued the following apprenticeship news release:
The Sheet Metal Workers Joint Apprenticeship Committee of Syracuse, Local 58, will conduct recruitment for 20 apprentices from March 3, 2008 through March 2, 2009, State Labor Commissioner M. Patricia Smith announced today. Applications will be available at the local, 301 Pulaski St., Syracuse, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., on the first working Monday of each month during the recruitm . . .
