CORTLAND, N.Y., Oct. 17 -- SUNY Cortland issued the following news release:
SUNY Cortland successfully tested the final components of its new Campus Emergency Notification System - 21 rooftop speakers - on Friday, Oct. 12, as the campus joins others across New York State that are creating new ways to communicate in the event of emergencies.
