POTSDAM, N.Y., Sept. 7 -- The State University of New York at Potsdam issued the following news release:
SUNY Potsdam's Center for Regional Research and Community Education, has opened its annual competition for the 2008-2009 T. Urling and Mabel Walker Research Fellowships.
Fellowships are available to faculty and professional staff from the region's 11 institutions of higher education to engage in research on critical problems confronting local or regional communit . . .
