PHILADELPHIA, Aug. 1 -- The University of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
"Rasputin," an opera in two acts with music and libretto by Jay Reise, professor of music composition at the University of Pennsylvania, will have its Russian premiere Oct. 1-5 at the Helikon Opera in Moscow.
