POTSDAM, N.Y., Sept. 28 -- The State University of New York at Potsdam issued the following news release:
Members of SUNY Potsdam's Students for Peaceful Alternatives (SPA) will travel to Syracuse on Saturday, Sept. 29, to participate in the New York State Regional Anti-War March & Rally at Everson Museum Plaza and attend a panel discussion featuring Scott Ritter, former chief United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq from 1991 to 1998; Dr. Dahlia Wasfi, who spent her childhood . . .
